Warm up: Run 2 big laps then….
3 rounds of:
10 KB dead lifts
10 Russian KB swings
10 KB Sumo DLHP
10 push ups
Strength: Backsquat
1 set of 20 reps
WOD: 12 min AMRAP
10 Jump Squat
10 Hand Release Push Ups
10 Sit Ups
Run 5 complete lengths of the gym (fwd and back)
Finisher:
5,4,3,2,1 strict pull ups
(weighted if you can do strict pulls up unassisted).
