10 KB Clean and Press (light)
10 Burpees

Strength:
10 Dips (strict)
10 Lunge ( heavy as possible) 5 each leg
Rest 1-2 mins in between sets

WOD:
3 Rounds with a 1 min rest in between of
1 Min Box Jumps 24/20
1 Min Push up
1 Min Wall Ball 20/14
1 Min Plank
