20 reps back squat @ 75%
WOD
21 minute EMOM of
Power Clean and jerk 3-5 reps
Strict Pull up 5-7, adv. 3 muscle up
Ball slams 10 reps
Weights and reps will depend on your skill level, new comers will only use the bar for the cleans and do 20-30 sec of empty bar cleans
