If you are doing Murph
WARM-UP
Start with 15-20 minutes of foam roller and mobility
10 minute very slow row
Pick a skill you need work on that is not strenuous and work on it for 10-15 minutes
Cool down

Regular class
WARM-UP
start with a nice long warm-up then

STRENGTH
A) Deadlift same as squat on Monday
3-5 minutes between sets

WOD
Row 1000 then immediately do 50 x OHS 95/65, light-65/45, sub front squat
