WARM-UP
15 minute warm-up
STRENGTH
10-15 minutes hand stand practice or walks
Kick ups, wall walks and holds, shoulder taps, walks, stay balanced away from wall without a walk (have a partner hold legs)
WOD
30 minute EMOM of
2 x Power Snatch, go heavy as you can with good form
4-6 x pistol squat (2 each leg)
6-8 x bar wipers
If the movement is taking under 20 sec do higher reps, if it is over 30 sec do less reps.
This does not include snatch
