STRENGTH
A1) high box jumps: 3 reps x 4 sets, be as explosive as possible, I don’t care if you use a high box but I do care that you explode for max height with each jump.

A2) strict toes to bar: 10 x 4 sets, use the arm straps if you want.

B1) Split squat: 5-7 reps x 3 sets heavy as possible. Use 2 Kbs, start with weak leg forward and match reps with stronger leg
