A1) deadlift done the same as back squat on Monday
Rest 3-5 minutes between deadlifts
A2) weighted dip: 5 reps x 3 sets
WOD
21 minute EMOM
Minute 0-1, Power clean + 2 front squat, heavy as possible (post load)
Minute 1-2, Russian twist x 10 each side 25/15
Minute 2-3, HSPU x 5 strict if possible
