• CrossFit in La Grange, IL

After you finish our fundamentals program you will graduate to our general CrossFit community. These sessions are structured as group classes. Each session lasts about an hour involving an active warm up, a strength or skill practice component, and the WOD (Work Out of the Day) that is prescribed for experienced athletes and scaled to fit your fitness and experience level. Depending on the WOD we will also recommend either a finisher (usually core work) and/or a post workout stretch before you leave.
